The accommodation

* There is no Internet.

* There is no pool.

* No smoking inside the house, there are two terraces.

* Parties are not allowed.

* Respect silence after 11:00 p.m.

* Pets are not allowed..

* The initial photo is of the roof, only for owners, the photo is to see the proximity to the beach.

* Apartment with all the comforts, very clearly throughout the house, it is oriented to North/South.

* There are 2 built-in wardrobes, but the one in the 2-bed room, which is the smallest, is closed and cannot be used.

* Low season prices do not include electricity, water, sheets and towels.

* From November to May plus electricity and water consumption, except long weekends and holidays.

* The prices that include electricity and water, if the consumption of electricity is greater than 160 KWH per month or proportional part to days per month (to avoid abuse of electricity consumption), it will be deducted from the deposit.

* The Deposit will depend on the days of rent and season of the year, which will be paid upon signing the contract and handing over the keys.

* Upon delivery of the keys and signing of the Seasonal Contract, the deposit will be paid and the rest pending after making the Reservation.

* Keep in mind that it is a house for short or long vacation season, but this is NOT a Hotel.

*The house is delivered clean, if at the end of the rental the dirt is unusual, it will be deducted from the deposit.

*No pets.
