Small urban Apartment
We`ve spent two weeks in the apartment which is on one of the main streets in Llanes. A Supermarket is just next door and within 20 minutes walk you reach the very pretty centre of Llanes and the beach there. So the distance to the nearest beach is about 1 km, not 250 m ! In our opinion, the apartment might be suitable just for 2 adults, no more. Our children slept on the sofabed the two weeks. But it was very uncomfortable as it was very old and broken!

The ideal occupation is for two people, it is an apartment with one room. Nevertheless, a supplementary bed and a sofa-bed increase the capacity to 4 people. So it´s suitable for 4 people, but maybe not the best option for 4 adults spending their holidays during 15 days. The sofa bed it is not broken and neither old (3 years), I have not received any complaint for it. From the apartment to the beach, by road its 900 mts (a bit less distance by walking, about 700). In less than 10 minutes most of people can walk 700 metres.
