Apartment 90m2 apartment in building with interest listed facade overlooking the Cantabrian Sea, totally renovated and has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay for the whole family. It offers Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Possibility of breakfast in the cafe-bakery just below the building, with typical pastry churros and Gijon.

Setting

It is located first in row in the San Lorenzo Beach, Gijón. Beautiful views towards the sea. It is meters away from downtown Gijón and the harbor. In the surroundings , there are plenty of prestigious restaurants where you will be able to enjoy the magnificent asturian cuisine, our world-wide known "fabada" and the best fish and seafood of the Cantabric Sea.
From the seafront you can acces to various walking and cycling routes that go through Gijón's country side, as well as the Poniente Beach, La Provedencia, El Rinconín, Cultural Center Laboral University (an emblematic building with guided visits available) or the Atlantic Botanical Gardens (the most important Gardens in the Cantabric Coast). There is a tourist information stall at 100 meters from the building where yo can get many more information, as well as tickets to different museums, touristic bus, etc..

Activities and attractions

Gijón has various public and private golf courses in the country side. After taking a short walk from the apartment you can enjoy Gijón's Talasotherapy Center where you can have a Spa day with many different pools, jacuzzis, wellness massages, etc.
In the harbor, you can take boat trips or visit the Acuarium.
Close to the building, you can visit some different horse riding clubs where you can enjoy a nice ride in the country side. Gijón hosts the CSIO, an intenational horse-jumping show, with the presence of some of the best international horses an riders every summer.
We can't forget to mention the multiple and characteristic "sidrería" (cider bars) and restaurants where you can enjoy the culture of cider and our food. Also, there are plenty of gastronomic contests throughout the year.
Another different events are the famous Semana Negra taking place in July, the FIDMA (trade show) in August or the FICXi (International Film Festival) in November, among many others.
