This calm and beautiful country house with incredible views comes fully equipped. There are 6 double bedrooms, plus 1 additional optional bedroom, and 3 bathrooms. There is a hall, a living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, and on the first floor there are the bedrooms, a terrace with private swimming pool and a barbecue, plus 2 porches, one to the north and one to the south.
The building dates from 1925, and has been recently refurbished.

he house is located in Mercadal-Fornells, 2 km from the famous fishing village of Fornells, in the centre of the island of Menorca. It's near the golf course Son Parc.

Its ample terraces with the 600-m2 garden that surrounds the whole property and its pool are great for children to play. The stone barbecue and porch with a pergola is excellent for enjoying the winter sun inside.

The property has an area of 800.000 m2 for jogging and also a pretty wood of pine trees for taking a stroll.

Activities and attractions

It is 2 km away from the centre of Fornells bay, where you can do various water sports like wind surfing, sailing, scuba diving and rent all types of boats.

The golf course is 7 km away. The place is surrounded by shopping centres, bars, restaurants and several natural, unspoilt beaches.

There is also a great nightlife, traditional craft markets and typical products from the island.
