The accommodation

Ideal accommodations for families, consisting of ground floor with a wonderful 35 m2 living room with an entrance to the terrace and private garden. On this same floor is located a bathroom with shower and a beautiful10 m2 kitchen that includes all the facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, etc.)

Upstairs you can find a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 beds and a third room with 2 bunk beds and a third extra bed. In this same floor there is also located a complete bathroom. The house has direct access to communal garden and from the private garden you can see the swimming pool, ideal for monitoring children while playing.

Setting

The house is part of a private complex (Porta Alcalá) completely enclosed, family oriented and peaceful, which also includes a picturesque courtyard of Arab-Andalusian style and a chapel from the eighteenth century, both recently restored. This development is ideal for children to play.

There is a nice 5 minutes walk along the beach that takes you to the city center and also extends to the marina and the area known as "Las Fuentes". There recreational areas, discotheques can be found, being ideal for teenagers looking for a bit of animation.

The city center is equipped with supermarkets, shops, health center, pharmacy, banks, restaurants and other services. The beach El Cargador is just 100 m. away and the beach of La Romana (150 m) can also be accessed, both listed with the EU blue flag. There is also a small, very active english community living in Alcossebre and you can find as well english pubs close to marina.

Activities and attractions

Apart from the mentioned beaches there are some other equally good and smaller being some of them made of stones, ideal for diving. Both in "La Romana" and "El Cargador" beaches there are jet skis, canoes and paddle boats with slides rentals.

Marina has mooring possibilities, boat rentals and scuba activities are organized, being the Columbretes Islands (classified as Natural Reserve) the most exciting dive visit.

There are also bike routes to do in which you can enjoy nice trips to the nearby Sierra de Irta mountain range, as well as to reach the neighbor town of Peniscola. There are also tennis courts in the vicinity in which these sports can be practised.

Nearby in Oropesa, there's a kart racing track that can be used either by small children (with an adult), young drivers, adults and even pro cars
