The accommodation

The appartment is a 85m2 garden house with 75m2 of private garden, plus 20m2 of flooring porch, a large and beautiful tile table for lunch or dinner outside, and furniture for relaxing and sunbathing . The house is fully furnished and highlights its 40" LED TV screen, also has DVD and stereo.

It is located on Hole 3 Residential, one of the best and most extensive developments in the area, with thousands of square meters of green areas, full of trees and beautiful spaces for relaxing walks. It has a huge swimming pool for adults and another one for children. You can also enjoy a snack bar inside the urbanization next to the pool area in which they serve magnificent breakfasts, lunches and dinners, with a very high quality and reasonable prices.

In the complex we can find 2 paddle grass courts and a play area for children with slides and swings.

Setting

The apartment is located in the heart of Novo Sancti Petri, one of the most exclusive resort areas of southern Spain. It has a golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros and unique because of its proximity to the beach, located a few meters from the sea, which is clearly visible while practicing golf.

A few meters from the apartment there are a couple of shopping centers with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and playgrounds for children.

Activities and attractions

From Sancti Petri there are many interesting places very close to visit (50km area): Vejer, Arcos de la Frontera, Cadiz, Jerez, Coto Donana, ... All of them towns of many cultural and visual beauty.

In the area you can find equestrian centers, golf courses, fishing, catamaran sailing, spa and Arab baths around 5 minutes by car.

There are also cinemas in the area of Chiclana, and great restaurants in the area of Sancti Petri.
