The accommodation

Villa in the heart of Aljarafe Seville, 2 km from Gines and 1.5 km from Espartinas, and 13 km from Seville great separation from a local road, no noise. Renovated 2 years ago, installation for canal +, garden with orange trees, alabricoquero, lunar lemon tree, pear tree and pear tree. Installation of sprinkler irrigation, with gardener who takes care of the environment. With a temperature difference with Seville of 10º-15º.

The drinking water is received from Aljarafesa, subsidiary of Emasesa (drinking water of Seville)
This past fall we have placed a solar panel on the roof of the building, for hot water and for the dishwasher, in the kitchen we have also placed a ceramic hob, eliminating butane completely and finally placement of 3 devices cold-heat system (air conditioning), in various rooms of the villa.

Sencillamente maravilloso...

Mi esposa, mis cuñados Alfonso y Nuria y yo hemos Disfrutado, en mayúsculas, de ese maravilloso chalé desde junio a septiembre de 2013. El trato con su propietario, Enrique, no ha podido ser más cordial y agradable. Sé que puede ir en contra mía estos comentarios porque ya me tendré que andar listo cuando quiera volver a alquilarlo (que espero sea pronto), pero he de ser honesto y decir que lo recomiendo al 100%, porque si bien se está en la propiedad igual de bien se está en la urbanización El Retiro donde la vecindad, la piscina y su bar regentado por el inigualable "Gume" hacen sentirse como digo en el título, sencillamente maravilloso... Gracias por todo, Enrique... Espero que nosotros también hayamos estado a la altura...
