The accommodation
Semi detached house of 100sqm situated on a small select development of 22 houses in a quiet residential area close to Sancti Petri Hills Golf, in Novo Sancti Petri, Chiclana, Cádiz. Set on 2 floors, sleeps 6 and comprises of 3 double bedrooms and lounge with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, etc.) Sun terrace on the third floor. Private garden, a private parking(x2) and a swimming pool few steps away from the garden. There is an olive tree at the front garden.
Setting
18 hole Golf Course just beside.Leisure, sport and health & facilities (also hospital) are nearby, including golf -just by the house, horse-riding, tennis, etc. and a shopping centre,hammam, restaurants, bars. Bus stop and Supermarket 400m from the house. The splendid long beach of La Barrosa is only 1500m away, with smooth, clean sand. There are bike lanes all around the area and two adult bikes are provided at the house. The access to the house is easy by the motorways E-5 (A-4 & A-48).
Activities and attractions
8 km long Beach of La Barrosa, 18 Hole Golf Course, Horse-riding, hiking, water sports, tennis, paddle. Close to Seaside with restaurants, nearby commercial centre and not far from Cadiz. Flamenco. Bullfighting. Beauty & relaxation services. Bike lanes in the area. Near the Nature reserve of the Bay of Cadiz where the bird-watching can be practised.
You can enjoy "The Park of the Battle" on La Loma del Puerco, at 1km walk from the house, and learn about several issues that took place just there on March 5, 1811 in the Battle of Barrosa, also known as the Battle of Chiclana or Battle of Cerro del Puerco between the French and the allies. In fact the house is in the exact place where the French camped for the battle.

Ayer llegamos dos familias de pasar 16 días en este adosado. Limpísimo, muy cómodo, muy bien equipado y en una urbanización muy cuidada y tranquila. Sin duda consejable 100%, un jardíncito atrás privado que es una maravilla, íbamos con 3 chiquillos que han disfrutado como enanos de la piscina, el jardín y el entorno. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido fabulosa, una persona muy atenta y amable. Volvería sin duda alguna.
