Annual rent, monthly or fortnightly Duplex Penthouse on two floors in first line to 0 mtrs to sand,with private direct beach access. It has 3 double rooms on two floors (one on 1st floor, 2 first floor), 3 balconies, two overlooking the sea overlooking the beach and another to the west with mountain views. Air conditioning hot / cold in the salon and bedroom. Pool, paddle tennis and a playground. The house is new with all appliances.

Setting

Very quiet area with few residential buildings. Beach of fine sand all. With good connections by road ,train and bus. As tourist area, there are plenty of tourist-type activities and free time around. The area is also populated by people of central Europe, France, England, Germany, Holland, etc..

Sandy beach and very quiet situated 7 km from Denia and 200 meters from Poblets and El Vergel. Supermarket and shops at 50 mtrs, golf 2 km, bús-service.La goalkeeper complex has all the year.Price depending on season and possibility to rent all year round.

Activities and attractions

The field of activities is very broad as it is a tourist area. Possibility to organize tours such as mountain hiking and nautical from the marina.

Inmejorable!

Es un apartamento fantástico, completísimo. Perfecto para ir en familia, nosotros fuimos con nuestro hijo. La urbanización, muy tranquila El apartamento muy nuevo y bien cuidado. Tienen un portero muy amable que siempre está dispuesto a ayudar si tienes algún problema. En general, un 10 sobre 10. Para repetir!!!
