The accommodation

Beach front luxury apartment to rent in Costa de la Luz.

This apartment is located a few 5 metres from the beach of Matalascañas, Huelva, Costa de la Luz, in the south of Spain. It's completely impossible to be more near the beach. Golf clubs are also in the area.

It’s a 97m2 apartment with all the facilities and comfort. Complete kitchen with microwave, hot plates, oven, etc. Laundry room with washing machine. You’ll have a privileged exceptional view of the seaside from the big windows of the living room and its 20m2 terrace. The terrace is wonderful for sunsets, cocktails, sunbathing and barbecues.

The living room has a chimney for the winter. We can provide an air conditioning unit, but we can assure you wont be needing it since the nights are really fresh and nice, even in the hottest sunny days of august. There are a few fans in the apartment.

The apartment has a hall, kitchen, laundry room, living room, a huge bathroom with a great bath, and a separate bedroom with a wardrobe and up to 3 beds, one of them is a double bed. Up in the living room you can find the second bedroom, “loft style”. This second bedroom can have 3 individual beds. A banister has been installed for children’s safety and a curtain provides privacy at the same time it allows you to enjoy the fresh breeze. There is a wardrobe too. There are plenty of larder in the apartment for storage. There are several built-in closets.

The apartment has its own parking place right at the door. Two adult bicycles will be provided with no extra charge. Bed linen will be provided too, as well as bath towels.

Well-educated animals are allowed, both humans and pets ;-) The terrace has a retractable canopy all around, for both privacy and safety. And in case you need it you can borrow us a removable pet safety net that you can install in the terrace. Anyway, we definitely don’t advise you to leave your cat there alone under no surveillance.

Setting

*HOW TO GET THERE…
You can get to Matalascañas both from Malaga and Sevilla airport. There are buses to the city every 15 mins during the day and once in Sevilla / Malaga you can get another bus to Matalascañas. That’s the most inexpensive option. You can rent a car, since you can park it on site.
However, if you will be arriving during the night or just want to get here right away we offer transport from Sevilla airport. This has to be asked for in advance from the beginning and it’s subject to availability. When there is not much traffic it normally doesn’t take more than 1hour to get to the apartment from Sevilla. This option would cost 60€.
