Beautiful semi-detached house on two floors plus fully furnished attic with separate garden in an urbanization reminiscent of a small village, well prepared for families.

The attic is beautiful and diaphanous, with a toilet with said, ideal for children to stay and use it as a playroom.

The villa overlooks the central garden of the urbanization, where children can play controlled at all times.

Quiet environment next to supermarket, medical center, golf course, tennis club, many possibilities for sports activities. The proximity to the village, allows you to leave the car parked in the urbanization and go for a walk, thus avoiding parking problems.

Activities and attractions

Comillas is a charming town known for its university, the Palacio de Sobrellano or El Capricho de Gaudí. You can enjoy sports and outdoor activities: beach, surfing, sailing, golf (2 golf courses nearby), cycling, hiking (numerous routes).

The Camino de Santiago passes through the village along the Cantabrian coast.
Nearby, 20 km away, is the town of Santillana del Mar (with a medieval environment of streets, houses, palaces and Romanesque collegiate church). Prehistoric caves of Altamira (visitable replica). Good gastronomy; night life; typical market, antique shops, etc.

The Oyambre Wetlands are 5 minutes away as well as numerous walks and routes along the coast and mountains. Other places of interest: Picos de Europa, San Vicente de la Barquera, Santillana del Mar, Cabárceno Park, Bilbao and Santander.
