Everything have changed after Covid. The way we live, the way we share our time with family and friends......House have change too. We want space, we want netflix, we want a pool, we want open spaces inside the house, we want nice furnishes, we want comfortable, new and big sofas, we want light (natural and artificial), we want bedrooms with comfortable beds with nice linen, with a place to work with our laptop,with natural ligh and a huge tv with iternet and netflix.....we want nice decoration and we want rental houses where owner spend our money for my next visit. But over all, we want owners that cares for what me and my family want.
If you are one like those, this is your rental house.
I have been renting this house since 2010 and in all these years i have learned what ghests wants and needs. I have renovated the house in three ocasions but this is the one i am more proud of.
There are three tastefully furnished second floor bedrooms (3 double and one with an extra double sofa bed) two of them having its own private Terrace with a large bathroom and the third one with its own private bathroom. There is a toilet in the first floor. Child's cot available. smart tv in every room and 60 " smart tv at dinning room.
On first floor there is a dinning room with a well appointed kitchen (totally equiped)/dining area, and comfortable lounge. The kitchen leads onto a patio with a shaded seating/dining area and with swiing pool. House totally NEW refurnished during COVID time..
Semi-detached house bulit in 2006 in Las Pajanosas and totally refit in 2021. Acces through free highway A66. the charm and the appealing features of an andalusian house without leaving aside all the comforts of modern life. Situated in a peaceful environment, we can enjoy the beautiful landscapes and the tranquility of the countryside and at the same time, enjoy the beuatifull Seville, just at 15 minutes driving to the monumental area.
The House is suitable for rental all year round.Popular summer activities include walking, hiking, mountaineering, fishing, horse ridding..

We had a very good time in Las pajanosas The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Any questions were quickly answered and they were always helpful. The house is beautiful and exactly as described in the advertisement: very quiet, nicely decorated, with a nice terrace where you can have your meals. Overall, we had a great time in this house and we would recommend it to everyone who wants to have enjoyable holidays in Seville."
"This is a lovely villa in a quiet location, at just the right distance from Seville. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful, beyond what I would have expected!" The house has a lovely atmosphere which makes it very relaxing. I would highly recommend this property to all who would like to stay near Seville. This location is quite convenient as a base for car trips to Cordoba, Huelva, Cadiz, etc. A car is necessary.

Our family (6 people) went to Sevilla for a wedding. The house in Las Pajanosas is about 20km,12 miles from Sevilla. We had a rental car, so transportation was not an issue. Getting to centre Sevilla was no problem with the highway sign. An apartment in old Sevilla does not provide any parking of the car. The house was very spacious with room to spread out, cook our meals. The small town had several nice restaurants and a very friendly grocery store. We found the two bathrooms a real luxury. Thanks to the good weather we have enjoyed the patio every day.In the house we found a lot of informative leaflets and L.L. told us a lot about where to go.We enjoyed our stay in the house very much. We plan to return when we visit our family and will stay again.
