The accommodation

New and modern apartment in the residential area “Parque Andaluz” in Conil – only a 10 min. walk from the beaches and the old town of Conil. This is a ideal place to spend your holidays in quiet surroundings with no need of a car to reach Restaurants, Supermarkets and the Beaches.

There are 4 apartments in total in this well kept house. They all share the nice pool (4 x9 m) and the pool area.

This double-storey, upper apartment is very well equipped and consists of:
In the first floor:
-Living room with comfortable sofas, TV with span. Programmes (international Sat.Programmes optional), table and chairs
- Kitchen with ceran cooking, baking oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffeemachine, large fridge etc.
- Bath with shower, washing machine
- Terrace with nice views of the surrounding landscape, table and chairs
Second floor:
- one bedroom with double bed
- one bedroom with two single beds
- Bathroom with tub

There is electrical heating in the rooms.
The upper apartment can be connected with the lower apartment by unlocking a door at the staircase – this will enable to befriended families (or a larger family) to spend their holidays together

Setting

The distance to the beautiful beaches “La Fontanilla” and “Los Bateles” is abt. 1000 metres – the distance to the centre of Conil is about the same.
A large supermarket is only some 200 metres away
