Semi detached house, 200m from dthe mervelous white sandy beach of Areas. It is a new house with a modern design built with traditional materials.
Setting
In a rural area, very quiet but at only 3km from Sanxenxo, in the Ría de Pontevdra the best sailing and fishig area in the world, its bautifull marina, animated restaurants and bars. Wanderful local fish and vegetable market and european supermarkets. Full medical assitance in the area.

Diving, wave-surfing, fishing, sailing. Golf at Meis (3km and La Toja). Pontevedra and Santiago de Compostela. Very nice walking trails.
