Indoor

Large space. Three entrance doors. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A living room/dining room with fireplace and a second living room. Kitchen equipped with wide range of appliances, including freezer and espresso coffee machine. Winter: fireplace in the living room and heaters in the various rooms

Setting

It is located 2.5 kms. away from Lagoa and 6 kms. from Carvoeiro and at a short distance it has three hypermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars and various recreational places.

The A22 highway (Via do Infante) is at a 5 kms. distance and the Faro International Airport at 55 kms. At a 3 kms distance there is a health center and at 12 kms. a hospital.

Activities and attractions

The house is located near several attractions, such as water and theme parks within 10-15 minutes drive. Equestrian centers and dive clubs, health clubs and day spas stay within a short distance.

Footpaths and bicycle circuits, cruises and boat trips are available. Termas de Monchique spa, at the Monchique mountain, is at a 25 kms. distance.

The Algarve International Car Racecourse and Karting Racecourse are also situated at a distance of 25 kms.
