The flat consists of two suiteS "Stella" and "Luna" as a part of a beautiful villa with a garden that has just been restored. The suites are on the first floor with their own private gate and entry with the possibility of enyoing the garden
STELLA (photo of interiors 1-6) suitable for 4-5 people consists of two double bed rooms, a large living/dining room, open fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower
The other suite "LUNA" (photo of interiors 7-10) is smaller and consists of one double bed-room, a livingroom with a sleeper sofa, open fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower.

Villa “Valentina” is perfectly located in a central charming area among other villas and gardens, behind the Grand Hotel Des Bains, just 100 meters from the beach and at short walking distance (10 minutes) from vaporettos (venetian water bus) to St Mark's square, the heart of Venice,reachable in ten minutes, to the Biennale dell'arte (contemporary art)(5 minutes) and all the islands of the Lagoon, such as Murano, Burano, Torcello etc..
You are a short ride by vaporetto from the most renowned permanent Venetian art collections in the world, such as Musei dell'Accademia (mainly XVI century paintings) or Ca' Rezzonico (mainly XVIII century paintings), as well as modern and contemporary art collections such as Guggenheim, Palazzo Grassi and Punta della Dogana.
