Ideal location for visiting both the 5 lands that the locations of the Versilia and Pisa, Lucca, Florence. Nearby Fiumaretta and Bocca di Magra delightful resorts where ferries depart for the 5 lands.
Sarzana, medieval village, is about 8 km and during the month of August there is the well-known Antique Market and the Festival of the Mind. In addition, there are numerous festivals throughout the summer for all locations dell'entro earth.

Excellent starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, Versilia and within the earth of Tuscany and Liguria.
Of particular interest are the marble quarries of Massa-Carrara and the art cities of Pisa, Lucca, Florence.
The sea is only 800 meters from the house, within walking distance, passing through the countryside or by bike or car, with parking for the car. Nearby there is a sports center where you can practice many sports (swimming, tennis) and horseback riding. In the immediate vicinity there are Fiumaretta and Bocca di Magra where ferries depart for the 5 lands.

Nous avons loué 15 jours pour les vacances de la Toussaint.....Très propre...Tout est vraiment nickel.... Résidence fermée par un portail électrique .. Les maisons sont jumelées ....Emplacement idéal pour visiter beaucoup d'endroits .Par contre, dans une chambre il y a un grand bureau avec une chaise, qui ne sert à rien...Personnellement j'aurais aimé avoir à la place une armoire avec penderie, car la plupart de nos vêtements sont restés dans la valise.... Alessandra, la propriétaire est très accueillante ..Je recommande cette location... Annie et Fred de Bordeaux (FRANCE)
