The accommodation
Vila is located in the residential area of Montinhos da Luz, a quiet area from where you can go down to Praia da Luz to go to the beach, supermarket or restaurants in a walk of only 5 Minutes.
It has several rooms with different typologies and private or shared bathrooms.
There is a living room which is significant, airy and comfortable with 3 sofas, TV and Wi-Fi.
On a higher level you will find the breakfast area.
Outside you will enjoy a patio by the pool where you will find tables, chairs and loungers arranged around the pool, inviting you to relax while enjoying the sea view.
The swimming pool (10x5) is surrounded by a pleasant garden area that complements the scenery and makes the Vila Sta Teresinha even more appealing. All these areas are for the exclusive use of the clients.

Vacaciones Algarve
Nos alojamos dos familias una semana a finales de julio 22 y todo perfecto. La comunicación con la dueña (filipa) por correo muy bien . La casa es muy cómoda , fresquita y amplia. La piscina lo mejor y el jardín muy bien . Destacar a marta (housekeeper) que nos entregó la casa y cada dos días venía a limpiar y asegurarse que estaba todo correcto . Si volvemos en el futuro repetiremos. Obrigado filipa!
