Villa Viola is a charming stone built of limestone carved by hand by local becoming increasingly rare, stonemasons.
Faces in full archaeological zone south of Mount Alburchia Terrati in the district of an area of about 70,000 square meters.
From there you can see a wide valley that opens up to Reggiovanni on Forest Park of Pianette, the districts of Mandralisca, Castagna, to Monte Zimmara. The residence is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, almond trees, and the Mediterranean plants that make the landscape unique, where you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and unparalleled beauty.

The environments are warm and enveloping, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, the heated swimming pool and outdoor tanning are perfectly integrated in the quiet local reality.
The villa, which has the name of the owner's daughter, has been designed to offer maximum comfort to its guests, who will find here the perfect place to renew the spirit, restore the mind and revitalize the body.
The smells and colors determined by the succession of the seasons, the morphology of the pristine territory, ease of relationships and the warmth and human relationships, make this place unique.

Typological and quantitative description of the intervention...

The site chosen for the building is C. by Terrati, located to the south of Mount Alburchia, and its west side is bounded by the country road of the same name, it has a slope very strong but it is placed at the top of a slope which rises 870 meters above sea level for up to slip into the valley to al Torrente Gangi.
The design of the residence covers an area of approx. 2500 square meters of building volume and service areas so distinguished::

The house...

The house is on two levels with an oblong shape and a surface area of 400 sqm approx net.
On the ground floor, approx. 190 square meters, there is a large living room with fireplace, large kitchen with adjoining pantry, two bathrooms, one of which is at the pool, a hallway which also leads to the garage. The ground floor is directly connected to the pool from both inside, through a window, from both outside through a courtyard overlooking the hillside below and bordered by a railing curve.
The first floor of approx. 145 square meters, has a large living room with fireplace, bathroom and closet, the spiral staircase for access to the lower floor, a hallway leading to the bedrooms all with private bathroom: there are four double bedrooms and one twin.
The rooms are upstream in front of the annex and ethno-anthropological museum and to maintain absolute privacy for the guests, can also be accessed from external side of the valley are disengaged from inside and also from outside thanks to a long balcony curvilinear which extends up to the portico (of approx. sqm 53) and which in turn also faces the pool..

The dependance.

It was obtained by the partial demolition of the existing buildings in local stone and for guests or caretaker: it consists of a double bedroom and a single bed, bathroom and kitchen.

The musem...

It bounded by the walls of the existing buildings and track characterized by a covering with Sicilian Coppi and some with wooden beams and shade cloth, where you can see a private collection of tools related to the local peasant culture.

The well...

Is one of the few examples of pre-existing architecture and was subjected to a careful restoration: it is very deep and has a diameter of mt 5.00.

The swimming pool...

The swimming pool with heated water makes nice bathroom whatever the outside temperature. Its shape is like a half moon with the front facing straight valley mt 18.00 x 11.00 in diameter, depth from 60 cm to 1.20 m, it is surrounded by a large solarium with its 330 square meters, is capable to accommodate many guests during the various entertainments. Below the sun are placed: the overflow tank and the engine room-filters additives in silver (to protect even the most sensitive skin).

Heliport...
It’s situated near the secondary entrance of the house, makes the shipping quick and exclusive, and it’s just a 7-minute flight from the nearest airports.
