The accommodation
The two stories maisonette is on the third and fourth floor and is accessible via elevator.
You can access to the Apartment via the main Building entrance, or via the beach side entrance and also direct through the garaje level.
In the apartment, the big bathroom and both bedrooms (1 parents bedroom 1 children with Aircondition) are on the fourth floor with the terrace and view to the beach.
On the third floor is the living room with kitchen and the small bad (WC/washbasin).
As well with an other terrace with beautiful view to the beach and pool.
Setting
The apartment is located direct at the sandy beach. You have direct access to the beach and therefore no need to cross any road. Wide view to the bay and hills of Cullera!
Included is a privat parking spot in the garage . The access is via remote control possible and from the garage floor you can access via elevator to the apartment.
At beach level is the pool and the basin for the children located.
Activities and attractions
The public beach is wide and offers beach volleyball, beach soccer, children playground.
A surf and Sailing school is close by at approx. 200 meter.
For the beach you can use the parasol and beach lounger which are available in the apartment.
