The accommodation
Located in El Puerto de Santa María (Las Redes resort) and just 200 meters from theº beach. This is a 3-floored semi-detached house with 150 m2 of surface, sleeps 10. The terrace has 6 m2 and the front veranda 20 m2.
In the 1st floor there is a bathroom, roomy living room, kitchen, pantry, courtyard to common area and garage for 2 or more cars. In 2nd floor you can find 1 matrimony bedroom and 2 double bedrooms with terrace and built in wardrobe and 2 bathrooms.
3rd floor has 2 spacious attics, with 2 beds in each one & 1 common bathroom; a big terrace with views to the shared pool and gardens.
It was built in 2001 and it is completely furnished. Environment very quiet, perfect for a rest.

Casa perfeita para grandes grupos
Casa muito bem localizada, muito perto de uma boa praia e de todos os acessos para as cidades mais bonitas da zona como cádiz e jerez. 4 casas de banho em ótimas condições, boas camas e colchões e ar condicionado na maioria das divisões. Zona exterior muito boa para refeições e para lavar e pendurar roupa. Estacionamento fácil e gratuito. Gostámos muito, pensamos voltar e o proprietário, manuel, muito simpático e sempre disponível.
