The accommodation

It is a 5-room semi-detached house on three floors:

Ground floor with separate living room fully furnished; large kitchen equipped with all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc.) and a shower room / wc.

Upper floor, consists of: 1 large bedroom with a 150 cm bed .; two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds. each one and a bathroom with bathtub / bidet / wc. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedding.

The house has wifi and animals are welcome.

50 m2 solarium and sea views.

120 m2 private garden with large barbecue.

The house has a covered parking space.

Setting

The house is located in a private urbanization, on the outskirts of the town of Rincón de la Victoria, it is a quiet place that has a communal pool, 600 m. of the beach. There is a Supermarket 800 meters from the house (Mercadona) and a large Shopping Center, Rincón de la Victoria, 7 km.

Three kilometers away is a magnificent Golf Course (Añoreta Golf).

Activities and attractions

From the house you can make visits to towns less than 30 minutes away by car, such as Malaga, where you have to visit Pier 1 and the Pompidou Center; the Cathedral, the Roman Theater, Alcazaba and Gibralfaro Castle; the Carmen Thyssen Museum and the Picasso Museum. Nerja, where you should not miss a visit to the Balcón de Europa, the Caves and its beaches.

In less than 2 hours you can visit monumental cities such as Ronda, Granada, Córdoba and Seville.

For the more sporty or adventurous, hiking through Caminito del Rey, or through El Torcal de Antequera, an hour's drive away are easy options to do.
