Chalet duplex located in Calan Blanes tourist zone .
Ground floor includes entrance, living, diningromm, and kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 double bedrooms one bedroom with a double ed and the other with two indivudual beds, an other single bedroom, and a bathroom.
On the firs floor, there is one bedroom with two indicudial beds, a living room, and a terrae with views of the pool.
The villa has a pirvat square pool, barbaque and outdoor toilet.
Ithas air conditioning and wifi
If you want to visit ciutadella you can take a lovely walk along the coast or along the road from calan blanes. It’s only 1 km away. In Calan Blanes oy can find all kinds of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, leisure activities, chemists, etc. Everythings you need.
The beach (Calan Blanes) is only 150m away, about a two minuts walk, in the same direction there is a bus stop, where you can cath a bus to Ciutadella or another urbanization.
We provide linens and towels and a cleaning sevice halfway through your stay with a change of towels and
sheets if your stay is equal to or longer than 9 nights.
