Beautiful new apartment fully equipped. With garage, large sunroom and balcony deck with direct access from the bedroom and from the living room. Very welcoming and 500 meters from the beaches of O Lump and 3 kilometers from the island of Arosa. In the town center of the fishing village of Vilanova de Arosa.

In Vilanova de Arosa we find a Galician town has a coastline of over twenty miles of beautiful beaches. All those who go in search of sun, sand and sea will find an ideal destination in Vilanova de Arosa.

Locations with historic or traditional architecture, as Combarro Cambados or are just 7 and 20 minutes respectively. The beautiful capital of province, Pontevedra, just 20 minutes, and the coastal towns of Sanxenxo, Portonovo, O Grove and the island of La Toja are less than half an hour from the house.

Vilanova de Arosa is well connected by sea and land. It has direct access to fast-track Salnes Highway and Atlantic Highway, which connects La Coruña, Santiago de Compostela and Vigo.

Cómodo apartamento

Apartamento muy nuevo. Limpieza perfecta. Se agradece que tenga productos de limpieza e incluso gel de baño. Es un punto para hacer excursiones a distintas zonas y playas
