Living/dining room with sofa, extra bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite in the master bedroom), plus another bedroom with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and a 90x190m bed (maximum 6 people). The terrace runs the length of the apartment, with sea views, and is very quiet as it is in a pedestrian area. Located in Port Sa Playa, a well-established residential area with all kinds of amenities, very close to the center of Valencia, the AVE train station, and the airport. Common areas include swimming pools, gardens, playgrounds, a Yacht Club, and a children's surf school (check availability based on dates).
For stays longer than 15 days, please inquire about special offers. Located very close to Valencia, in the Huerta Norte region, you can visit museums, the City of Arts and Sciences, BioParc, the Central Market, the Juan Carlos I Royal Marina, and the MotoGP Grand Prix in Cheste (check availability). You can also rent boats, go horseback riding, enjoy open-air cinema, and explore the local cuisine. Valencia offers excellent gastronomic experiences, both traditional and contemporary. Of course, you must visit the local horchata shops and try the typical horchata from Alboraya with fartons (sweet pastries).
