The accommodation
Beautiful beachfront penthouse ideal for a relaxing holiday. The penthouse furnished to a high standard has two bedrooms for 4 persons, both with built-in wardrobes, the master of which has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. There are two bathrooms one with full-size bath, the other with a shower cabin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, washing machine, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The spacious living room with its towered roofing is furnished with sofa-beds and has a separate dining area. SAT-TV (English, Spanish channels), CD, DVD, wi-fi internet available. The apartment is cold and hot air-conditioned.
There are two sizable terraces one opening from the living room and the other is connected to the bedrooms. Double beachfront (both to Med and Mar Menor) with an undisturbed, breathtaking view over the peninsula.
There is a lift in the house directly from the garage to the penthouse. Two communal swimming pools in the communal area open from May till the end of September.Ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
Please be informed that we acknowledge the current situation and take extra steps to clean and disinfect our apartment due to COVID-19 while we try to avoid same-day changeover to ensure proper time for cleaning.
Setting
The Penthouse is located on the 6th floor with breathtaking sea views on the Peninsula of La Manga between the Med Sea and the Mar Menor Lagoon close to prestigous Tomás Maestre Harbour. The building is situated on one of the thinnest part of the strip.
The closest airport is in Murcia (San Javier), however the road from Alicante takes also only an hour. Sandy, several miles long beach is just outside the building on the Mediterranean sea, while there are also several smaller beaches on the Mar Menor seashore just across the road.
Activities and attractions
The climate of the area is acclaimed to be one of the healthiest in the world with approx. 300 sunny days and the salty water. Ideal for couples and families with children given the ample opportunities for watersports as well as the calm, shallow water of the Mar Menor beaches. Car recommended though regular bus service is available along the whole strip.

Vistas Estupendas!!
En Agosto pasamos una semana, mi marido, mi hijo y yo, la casa espaciosa, terrazas grandes, cocina y baños completos, la cocina necesitaba un repaso en lo que se refiere a limpieza de sartenes y ollas, pero pasable. Le hubiéramos dado un 10 pero como las camas son HORRIBLES!!!, no podemos dárselo, señores deben cambiar urgentemente los colchones de todas las camas,no se salva ninguno, aun así repetiremos siempre y cuando hayan cambiado los colchones pq no hubo manera de pegar ojo durante las 7 noches. La casa tiene unas vistas maravillosas para los dos mares.

We do thank for the feedback. Up until now there were no complaints about the mattresses, we shall check and if needed change them.
