The accommodation

Galician Traditional stone house with charm, located in a spectacular plot with mature trees ("carballeira"), chapel, fruit trees and other typical Galician buildings: dovecote, granary, Palleira. Has a beautiful garden with lighting and various corners for the rest, a large porch with big wood table and chairs, tennis court and basketball hoop.

The interior of the house is fully conditioned to live as it is holiday home owners. The stone walls, high ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors and wood. It is distributed in 30 m equipped kitchen with everything you need. Hall of 50 m with fireplace, sofas and armchairs. One bedroom with double bed that has a small bathroom. Two double bedrooms. A large bathroom.

Setting

The property is located in a rural setting surrounded by Atlantic forest and meadows. In a small rural population center (Around 10 houses) called Cercedo.

In the center of Galicia and therefore very well connected anywhere in this community. Easily accessible from the A6 or NIV Madrid-La Coruña (1000 m away).

Distances to the main Galician cities: Lugo (34 minutes by motorway), La Coruña (39 minutes by motorway), Santiago de Compostela (1 hour per N-634 or by A6 and AP9) and Rias Baixas Pontevedra (1 hour and 30 minutes) Orense (1 hour and 44 minutes).

The town of Parga and the town of Guitiriz (Less than 2 km) offer all kinds of services (restaurants, shops, supermarkets, church, bars ...).

Activities and attractions

Golf, spa tourism, hiking, local cuisine, cultural tours, festivals and pilgrimages, beaches.

In the immediate surroundings (within 2 km) are two spas (The Spa Hotel Guitiriz with modern thermal facilities and spa Pardiñas), the Guitiriz golf club; various medicinal hot springs waters, recreational areas for rest or bathroom (municipal swimming pools, river), hiking trails, remains of the megalithic and castrexa culture (dolmens, forts ...) civil and religious architecture, traditional markets ("Fairs") various days a month; festivals and gastronomic (As the party of "Los callos y la cantería" or "La oreja y la torta de maíz").

During the month of July is celebrated folk festival Pardifias.
About an hour away is the Atlantic coast and the estuaries (Ribadeo, beach of the Cathedrals, Viveiro, Estaca de Bares cape, Ortigueira, San Andrés de Teixido, Cedeira, Ferrol, Malpica ...), with beautiful beaches and cliffs.
