It is so called because the villa is situated in a unique position, set like a pearl in one of the most beautiful bay of the West Sicily, “Cala Bianca”.

The property is composed of two floors: you access inside a large and bright living room and from the windows you can enjoy an amazing sea view; there is also a fireplace and it provides heat for the rooms in the coldest days.
Furnishings are linear and sober.
The kitchen let you look at the nice garden and the beautiful landscape; it is equipped with all the necessary.
An access, in the living room, leads to the sleeping area of the ground floor which includes: two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, while the laundry room is in a specific room.
A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower.
A romantic terrace gives you the possibility to have a peaceful and relaxing breakfast, with a breathtaking sight.
What essentially characterizes the villa is its location and the opportunity to enjoy the sea, which is just 1 km far away and it flows to the amazing Cala Bianca bay; the shape of the bay seems to be a natural swimming pool, where it is possible to relax in its crystal sea.

Setting

The beach of Cala Bianca is less than 1 km away from the villa. Villa Valeria is located 5 km away from Castellammare del Golfo and 6 km from the old village of Scopello.
