The entire property is at your exclusive disposal.

Furnished with high-quality furniture and accessories and fully equipped, it allows guests to manage their stay as independently as they would in their own homes.

Setting

Immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside, amidst the beautiful landscape of the foothills, the house is situated in 3 acres of land. Olive trees, oak trees and other local flora complete this wonderful panorama. Looking beyond the immediate scenery you have the countryside of le Marche, the imposing Sibillini Mountains and in the distance the Adriatic Coastline.

Activities and attractions

The Old House, 650 meters above sea level, is surrounded by a territory rich in history, culture, natural beauty and is only 1km from the medieval hill town of Penna San Giovanni.You can enjoy stunning walks or mountain biking over many different routes. Ideal starting point for summer holiday to the seaside and for winter sports holidays. There are skiing facilities in the winter months above the town of Sarnano, Sassotetto. Additionally some of the most beautiful and safe beaches of the Adriatic coastline can be found between Monte Conero and San Benedetto.

You can visit some of the old towns and villages around including Loreto, Macerata, Urbisaglia, Sarnano, San Ginesio, Amandola and Fermo, trying out many tipical restaurants within. A memorable italian experience.
