Living room with kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms (including 1 double bed), plus a sofa bed for a total of seven beds. Attractively positioned enjoys many hours of shade, overlooking the pool, has a small enclosed garden, furnished for dining and relaxing. Other facilities: television, furnaces, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, iron, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. Has a cloister with convenient access from the inside. The car park staff, is placed near the entrance.

The house is located in a prestigious resort (Blue village 2) built in 2006. in which you can benefit from the services of receptionist and supervision 24 hours a day, summer activities, evening entertainment, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, take away food shop. The village is located on the waterfront and borders the pine woods and Mediterranean vegetation that separates it from the nearby sea. At 100 meters there is a well-stocked shopping area with all kinds of shops. The sea can be reached on foot. In the area: shopping center, golf courses and horseback riding. The area is in the context of Ancient Greece with the possibility to visit many archaeological sites of the classical age, which Metaponto and Heraklea. A few tens of kilometers you are already in or Puglia (from the opposite side) in Calabria or to the Pollino Massif. The Sassi of Matera are within forty miles.
