The accommodation

Last renovated May 2025. Apartment in the center of Llanes, quiet area, close to the beach. The apartment currently consists of 2 bedrooms (large bedroom + sofa bed), a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. One bedroom has a 1.20m double bed with a new memory foam mattress and a TV. The main bedroom has a new 1.35m double bed with a memory foam mattress. There is also a sofa bed for 3-4 people if you want some privacy from the living room. The sofa bed consists of two 80 x 2 meter beds. In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a sofa bed. The living/dining room has a TV, and all bedrooms have TVs and internet access. Heating is provided throughout the apartment in winter. Tourist registration number VUT-747-AS.

Parking is usually easy in the central area where the apartment is located (except in August, which is peak tourist season). In that case, there is parking available a 3-minute walk from the apartment for €2 per day.

Fully equipped with 3 TVs, washing machine, iron, ceramic hob, kitchenware, linens, towels, 2 coffee makers: an Italian coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto capsule machine, microwave, etc. It has an outdoor terrace measuring 7m x 1m. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

Ideal location for exploring Llanes on foot without needing a car. Pets are welcome.
A baby cot is available. Registered tourist accommodation (VUT.747.AS). Easily accessible from the center of Llanes. Very close to the bus and train stations. Near supermarkets, shops, post office, market square, pharmacy, restaurants, businesses, health center, etc. Hiking, beaches, and all kinds of activities are available, as it is located between Asturias and Cantabria.
