The accommodation

This cozy ground floor apartment of a duplex located on the outer edge of the center of the resort of Costa Teguise on Lanzarote near the capital Arrecife.

Casa Barbara is divided into an open living and dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The friendly decorated bedroom has two single beds side by side, a mirror and a bedside table with reading lamp.
The open plan living area is furnished with a satellite TV and a quite large and comfortable sofa. So it could be used as an additional sleeping for a third person.
The dining area has a dining table for four people and th American kitchen offers a practical self-sufficiency with a four ring ceramic hob, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer and small appliances such as a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a microwave.
The bright bathroom has a shower with a glass splash protection in the bathtub and a toilet.

Outside, a sheltered terrace with table and chairs waiting for you that gives you the view of palm trees and amongst others, offers a casual brunch outdoors. You will also find a separate patio for your laundry.

Setting

Due to the excellent location of the apartment you can reach the sandy beach "Playa Las Cucharas" in just 50 meters with a large (approx. 2 km), idyllic promenade that runs without traffic along the coast. The center of the village with bars, shops and restaurants is also only a few minutes walk away (about 200 m). An 18-hole golf course is just 4 km away from you. The beach provides opportunities for water sports - such as wind surfing and scuba diving are offered.
