A few meters from the Los Arcos Shopping Center. With two bedrooms with direct access to a pleasant patio.

Living room, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen.

Setting

The accommodation is close, a few meters from food stores, pharmacies and bars for breakfast and tapas at a reasonable price. It has shops that prepare food to take to (email hidden) the Congress and Exhibition Palace, with a direct bus, a 15' journey.

It has the advantage of being very well located, close to the Santa Justa Renfe Station, Nervión neighborhood, Shopping Center and San Pablo Airport.
Located in a popular neighborhood, however, despite its humble context it is quiet and pleasant. It has all the essential services: Bars, shops, pharmacy, prepared food stores...

Well located and accessible to transport services: metro, bus, taxi, bike path.

It is located in a key point (the Los Arcos Shopping Center) where using public transport (the bus) you can reach any point in the city and several towns in the province of Seville. It is advisable to visit the town of Alcalá de Guadaíra (20 minutes away). The bus stop is a few meters from the house.

Activities and attractions

A visit to the city of Seville is its greatest attraction. Very close to the Seville Exhibition and Congress Palace, next to the Shopping Center, with brand stores and a cinema.

Pisito acogedor

Pisito coqueto y muy acogedor. Terracita ideal para empezar y terminar el día. Baño pequeñito, ducha de tamaño reducido. A destacar, tiene todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia agradable y con todo tipo de utensilios desde tostador, hasta algo tan básico como papel de aluminio, no vas a echar prácticamente nada en falta. M mar te deja alli absolutamente toda la información que puedas necesitar si lo que quieres es hacer turismo. Hemos quedado gratamente satisfechos tanto con la casa como con su propietaria. El barrio es muy humilde y tranquilo

Muchas gracias mónica y juan por vuestra sincera y acertada evaluación con respecto al tamaño del baño y el nivel socioeconómico del barrio, intento en la descripción del alojamiento ser lo más fiel posible. Me alegro que vuestra estancia fuese agradable. Olvidásteis dejarme el bonobús para la familia que ha entrado, lo busqué por todos lados : ( "más se perdió en la guerra de cuba", ¡qué le vamos hacer! ni si quiera recordándolo a propósito. Lo positivo, que ya teneis un motivo más para volver a sevilla. Un afectuoso saludo.
