The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The price includes a parking space for a standard-sized car, located approximately 250 meters away.

Located in the city center, overlooking the bay of Puertochico and in front of the new MUPAC Museum. 5 minutes from the Bay Sailing Club, Palais des Festivals, the beach and the historic center. Great location!

Alojamiento Santander
Hemos pasado quince días maravillosos en Santander. El apartamento estupendo, recién reformado. Está céntrico y muy bien comunicado. Es una tercera planta y aunque no dispone de ascensor, merece la pena. La relación calidad precio excelente. En nuestro caso mi madre con 67 años y bastón no tuvo inconveniente ninguno. La cocina está totalmente equipada, con lavadora nueva, microondas, horno, vitro, frigorífico. Además, dispone de una completa batería de cocina, amplia vajilla, cubiertos... Las habitaciones amplias, luminosas y cómodas. Si bien en nuestro caso llevamos ropa de cama y toallas , el apartamento dispone de sábanas, mantas, colchas, toallas, etc.. Finalmente, los propietarios son encantadores y te orientan cualquier duda. La vivienda la entregan limpia y ordenada. Si vuelvo a Santander repito sin dudarlo.
