The accommodation

The house is located 1.5 km from the beach in a very quiet area.

Supermarkets 500 meters away.

Bus stop 50 meters from the house to the beach.

The house is very new and features 1 bedroom suite with a double bed and private bathroom, 1 bedroom for 3 people, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 3 bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub, Wi-Fi, smart TV, heating, air conditioning, and a fireplace.

Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils such as a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.

Bath towels and bed linens included.

Baby cot (up to 2 years old) available.

Outdoors:

A large patio with a private pool with the option to heat the water (for an additional fee), tables, chairs, and loungers where you can enjoy socializing and barbecue.

Private parking on the street in front of the house.

Additional Information:

• You can request pool heating for an additional cost of €150 per week (if your stay is less than a week, the price is the same as the full week). This fee must be paid at check-in.

If you require a heated pool, you must notify us at least 3 days in advance so we can start heating it. You can also request it at any time during your stay.
This service is available from April to October.

• Air conditioning is included from November to March to heat the house. If you wish to use the air conditioning outside of this season, there will be an additional cost of €10 per day, payable in advance on check-in.

• In July and August, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday (always for a full week. Thank you for your understanding).
