The accommodation

Villa Patrizia is situated at the foot of Mount Pizzo Teleffio that overtops the Gulf of Castellammare. The villa is made up of three units : Bouganvillea (three bedrooms apartment), Edera ( two bedrooms apartment) and Melograno (studio apartment). You can choose one of this accommodation according to your needs. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool, external shower, garden, barbeque and parking area. All these services are shared among the guests of the three units. The house is 1 km far from the city centre and 3 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare. The old village of Scopello with its famous Faraglioni is about 10 km from the villa.
The owners live in the premises and can assist you at any time, if you want.
Melograno is a cosy little cottage situated in the garden. This unit has one multifunctional open plan living room with double bed and a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary. There is also small room with a single bed and a small bathroom with shower. The veranda with pool view is the perfect place to have a meal outside.

Edera is a ground floor apartment with garden and swimming pool view. You may access the apartment from an open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and provided with TV and air conditioning. The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with bunk beds. In the last one there are no windows.
The bathroom is with shower. An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. The nice veranda surrounded by trees it is the perfect place for lovely outdoor breakfasts.

The apartment Bouganvillea is accessed through an external staircase that leads to the second floor. The living room is a spacious and bright room. It is furnished with taste and equipped with several sofas that make your stay more comfortable. Near the living room there is the kitchen built in a rustic style. The warm colors used and the presence of big windows make the room bright and welcoming. From the kitchen it is possible to access the outside veranda, a lovely place with a beautiful sea view where you can have breakfast or dinner enjoying the light breeze that reaches the house during the night. The sleeping area, made up of three bedrooms: one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; two twin bedrooms. A further bathroom with shower and tub is available.
