The accommodation

Three-room apartment with a large window and a fantastic view of the rooftops of Florence, the Duomo dome, and Giotto's Bell Tower. 66 square meters on the fourth floor with elevator. Sleeps up to 6 in a double bed, two single beds, and two single sofa beds. A kitchenette and two bathrooms are also included.

LOCATION
In the historic center between the Duomo and the Accademia Museum, home to Michelangelo's famous David, and just steps from Piazza Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, and Florence's famous Ponte Vecchio.

AMENITIES
The apartment is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, hot and cold air conditioning, a washing machine, a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchens for two kitchens, and bed and bath linens. Wireless Internet access is available for unlimited use.

How to Get There

By train: From Santa Maria Novella Station, take Via de' Cerretani to Piazza Duomo. At the traffic lights in Piazza Duomo, continue keeping to the left side of the square, then take the third street on the left, Via Ricasoli. Number 15 is after the first intersection, on the left.

By plane: Reach Santa Maria Novella Station with the airport shuttle service and continue as above.

By car: Whether arriving from the A1 (Firenze Nord exit) or other roads, follow the signs for Centro/Stazione. At the Fortezza da Basso, turn right onto Via Lavagnini. From there, turn right at the first traffic light onto Via S. Caterina di Alessandria. Follow the road until it becomes Via Nazionale. Then turn left onto Via Guelfa and continue onto Via Alfani. Then turn right onto Via della Pergola and at the intersection with Via Sant'Egidio, turn right and continue onto Via Bufalini, then onto Via de Pucci until you reach Via Ricasoli. Turn right and after about 30 meters, you'll find number 15 on the left.

Since you're now in the ZTL ("Limited Traffic Zone"), you can park temporarily to unload your luggage, but you must leave the ZTL as soon as possible by parking elsewhere, such as on the nearby ring roads, or in a private garage within the ZTL.
