Apartment san remo 4: Apartment 2 bedrooms (double, double) + sofa bed in 3rd cabin glazing (sleeps 6) with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living dining room, terrace, swimming pool, 2nd line beach , parking and pool.
It has air conditioning and heat pump has all the appliances of a modern home (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc). Very nice apartment located in Eurosol area, near the site of festivals and services from the center of Benicassim beach.

Perfect location to attend Benicasim festivals fib, rototom, costa de fuego, about 15 minutes walking from festival venues, 5 minutes walking from the beach, and located in one of the better areas of Benicasim beach, Eurosol, many services as restaurants, coffe shops, pubs, discos at walking distance from the apartment and about 15 minutes walking from cetre town.

No volveremos
Un chasco, eso nos llevamos al ver el estado de este apartamento. Muy dejado, en la cocina faltaban casi todos los utiles que se ven en la fotografía, los cajones y armarios muy deteriorados, el frigorífico perdía agua. Lo peor el estado de las camas, el colchón de matrimonio muy viejo, muy usado, cuando te echabas en él no superaba los 7 o 8 cm de alto, las sábanas y toallas muy muy viejas. Lo peor vino con las almohadas, la de matrimonio completamente rota por un lateral y muy vieja, una de las camas de 90 con cercos de sudor, muy sucia, las sábanas de la cama nido no habían sido cambiadas, estaban llenas de pelos, fué todo muy desagradable, las sillas de la terraza estaban rotas, nos lo advirtió el gerente de la agencia, y nos dijo que nos las cambiarían, tardaron dos días en traernos las nuevas, si hago memoria, alguna cosa más saldría, pero lo voy a dejar aquí.Total que te piden 150 euros de fianza, pero qué compensación obtengo yo después de esto? FATAL

Le agradezco su comentario y eso nos ayuda a mejorar y dar un mejor servicio. Para hacer justicia debería comentar que se llevaron almohadas y sábanas nuevas, así como sillas nuevas para la terraza. El colchón se ha cambiado con los siguientes clientes, nos comentaron que era incomodo y antes dos clientes advirtiendo lo mismo se cambia. Todo lo que reporta son elementos temporales en la vivienda que se son facilmente renovables. Muchas veces no nos damos cuenta hasta que los inquilinos que habitan en ellos nos lo advierten, y por ello le agradezco que nos haya informado. En todo caso volveremos a echar un vistazo cuando termine el verano para volver a chequear todos los enseres de la vivienda
