The accommodation

The house has 110 square meters and the yard has 220 square meters and it is located in a privileged zone.

The construction is solid and only seven years old. It has a private swimming pool for all the family to enjoy without being bothered.

There is a warehouse for the storage, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-equipped kitchen, a wide livingroom with a sofa, a folding table and a TV, vehicle entrance to the yard with enough space to unload the luggage.

Setting

In one side the house is close to the town center, but far enough to never have to listen to the annoying car and crowd noise. With easy parking access near the house, near the beach (even though you can go by walk) and near the supermarkets.

On the other way there are he urban limits, where the fields, the woods and the mountains start, with roads to take a walk or to cycle.

In the surroundings there are eight little beaches and a big one, named Playa Cristal, as well as the police station, many supermarkets, the tourist office and a good variety of shops, bars and cocktail bars for a night walk.

Activities and attractions

Do you like golf, cycling, trekking and theme parks? Well, you have it all really close!

The famous theme park PortAventura is at 25km (twenty minutes by car), the golf course is at 3km and the trekking roads are a few meters near the house, perfect for the hole family entertainment.

There is also a nude beach for the adventurous ones 8km to the south.
