The house was built on a hillside on a 900 m² natural plot in 2008 and is accessed from the upper street.
The hillside location guarantees an unobstructed 1800 sea view, which clearly shows the island IBIZA in clear weather.
The living area is approximately 170 m², divided into three bedrooms, living / dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. In addition, there is another room in the basement with a kitchen, which can be used if necessary.
A covered and two open terraces totaling about 70 square meters offer more places to stay.
The pool is about 4,50m x 10,0m and has a depth of about 1.0m to 1.9m.
In the realization of the house was trying to recreate the old Spanish / Moorish architectural style, which is recognizable on the one hand in the layout, the materials used but also in the device, which was also combined with modern pieces.
All floors are uniformly covered with earth-colored, glazed tiles; Kitchen furniture, fitted wardrobes and doors have cassette doors in the old Castilian style in high-quality craftsmanship.
The division into two floors allows the occupancy of 2 to 6 people. The larger floor (upper floor) is designed for 2 people generous.
For a rental with more than 2 people, the basement will be added, which offers a further 4 beds.

As you can see from the floor plan drawings in the picture gallery, the upper floor, which is located at the pool terrace, has a bedroom with double bed, shower room, a covered terrace that can be expanded with frameless glass panels in no time to the wind-protected conservatory, and a spacious living , Dining and cooking area, where all residents can stay if necessary.
The basement is equipped with two double bedrooms, full bath and a dining, living and kitchen area, which is designed for 4 people.
A separate grill terrace has been deliberately placed on the north side of the house, which provides shade from noon, which will be welcome in the midsummer to some guests.
The house size would be easily suitable for accommodating other people, but this is undesirable and therefore not offered. In justified individual cases the arrangement of child beds is tolerated after previous consultation.
Since the house is equipped with two kitchens, it could theoretically be used as a two-family house, i. be rented by two independent parties. This is not offered by us, however. However, the second kitchen is often used when friendly families spend their holidays together in our house and still want the possibility of a certain distance and privacy.
The small, spanish village Benitachell with his ca. 6.000 habitants, is situated inland next to the coast. The enviroment of the beautiful village still is moulded by a bulky and customary rural economy. To that belongs for example the wine growing and fruit plantages of oranges, lemons, almonds or olives. Benitachell owns a 2km long and diversitied step coast shoreline with a pebble stone beach, bays, grottos and the adjacent wonderful nature reserve of the town of Javea.
Exactly at these coastline is the urbanisation Cumbre del Sol (engl. pinnacle of the sun)situated. It is named like that because the urbanisation is established at a mountain. From that lay all the habitants and visitors have a fantastic seascape and panoramic view over the environment. Since this year has been open the engl. private school St. Maria Magdalena. As well you have there a hairdresser, pharmacy, supermarket, good restaurants and bars. To the neighbour cities Javea, Moraira, Benissa and Teulada you need more or less 10 minutes. Like that you are as quick by the two nearest golf courses in Javea (9 holes course) and Benissa (9 hole course)
The best way to arrive at Benitachell is over the highway AP7 / E15 or over the national street N-332. To the airport Alicante it is approx. 90 km and to the airport Valencia ca. 110 km.
