The accommodation

Flat for rent in a small and very quiet urbanisation.

First floor flat for rent with wifi, air conditioning and a large garden with barbecue, parking and outdoor shower. A few meters from a beautiful beach.

First floor flat with terrace a few meters from the beach. With wifi. It has a garden, barbecue, outdoor shower and covered parking space in front of the flat.

The flat has a terrace with table and chairs, and an awning for shade. A living-dining room with sofa-bed, flat screen TV and air conditioning, kitchen with electrical appliances.

It has a bedroom with a 135cm bed, with built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Overlooking the garden. Another bedroom with two 90cm beds with wardrobe and views of the countryside, and a bathroom with shower, also with exterior window.

The garden is large, with covered parking spaces, barbecue, outside shower, table and chairs for eating in the garden.

The beach is about 70-80 metres away, called Cala del Pinar, a very nice cove with a pine forest that reaches the beach.

Setting

The environment of the apartment is very quiet, it is a residential area of the chalets. Family atmosphere The nearest beach, Cala del Pinar, is a few meters away, but in the area there are also other very beautiful beaches.
At 200 meters there is a supermarket and several bars-restaurants.
About 2km to the north, is Sol de Riu, a garden where a hiking trail begins. One kilometer and a half of natural environment, without constructions, with vegetation, cliffs and virgin beaches. ideal area for walks along the river Sénia. You can see the Delta del Ebro in the distance.
There is also a beach for pets in the same area.

Ubicación y trato insuperable

La ubicación es espectacular, y el trato buenísimo. Tener que viajar con sábanas y toallas resultó, eso sí, bastante incómodo
