The apartment is big, functional and very bright. The whole apartment is exterior. 2 terraces, overlooking the sea front and the rear with views to the road. From every room including the bathrooms you can see the sea. Heating and air conditioning throughout the house.

Beautiful View and beach.
Very very nice and clean apartment. We did not miss one single thing. Even beach toys for the children were there! The view was absolutely amazing and breathtaking. Lovely beaches in the sorroundings and very close by. We can highly recommend the local fish restaurant just around the corner by the marina. Everything on the menu was in spanish and we understod nothing, but it was very very tasty and with nice staff. The owners of the apartment was very helpful and friendly. They even waited up for us saturday night late, at 3 o clock, when we arrived with the plane. Good service! We were not disturbed by the traffic at the rear. We would love to go back and can highly recommend this apartment. Really good value for money.

Beautiful views
I had the pleasure of staying in the apartment for a week in april 2016 with my mum and it was absolutely perfect. My mum is very concerned with hygiene etc. and this is the first time ever she has felt completely at home in a vacation house because everything was clean and inviting. It had everything we needed and more. The views from the terrace were amazingly beautiful from morning to evening and we enjoyed many nights there drinking wine, listening to the waves and looking at the water and the Santa Barbara castle which is lit up every night. Alicante is only 10 minutes away with the tram. We also walked there a few times and it took about an hour and was a lovely walk! Amalia and her husband were very sympathetic, honest and helpful in making sure we were happy in the place and had everything we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone at any age. Thank you so much!
