48h before the trip you must communicate your estimated arrival time.
From the check-ins from 21:00the guest must pay 15 additional euros, which should be afforded at the moment of the arrival.
Check-ins between 24:00. and 9:00 incur a supplement of 30€.
Every no reported delay that exceeds one hour will incur a supplement of 15€/Hour.

Apartment situated in the new area of central Barrio Los Carmenes. 20-25 minutes walking from the Royal Palace and the Historic city center. Very well connected (lots of options: Plaza de España by bus 138 or Atocha Train Station by bus 119). Metro Lucero Station (5 minutes). Metro Laguna (6 minutes) with direct connection to Atocha train (15 minutes). Close to all kind of shops, restaurants, bars and green areas. Very quiet but with all amenities.

Very Important: Ideal for guest that come with his own car: all the area are free unregulated parking, so you can park without extra cost.
