The accommodation

Fantastic and peaceful apartment with top-quality finishes, located in the Pedregalejo area within the Vistamar complex, one of the best residential complexes in Malaga city. It's just 10 minutes from the city's historic center, 400 meters from the most prestigious Spanish language schools in Malaga, and 3 minutes by car from the beach and the fishing district. (Ideal for families of 2 to 4 members or elderly people who prefer not to climb stairs). We provide free parking just 80 meters from the beach, typical Malaga restaurants, and the Malaga seafront promenade.
The apartment boasts sea views from a magnificent 14m² enclosed terrace with Lumon sliding windows, allowing you to enjoy it year-round. There are also three excellent saltwater swimming pools (chlorine-free) open all year, a children's play area, and spacious communal gardens. 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi internet is available in the apartment. Independent air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, dishwasher, ceramic hob, clothes dryer, plasma TV with satellite dish (you can watch Movistar channels for free)... All included in the price.
During your stay, we will provide you with 4 free sun loungers (see photos) that you can use at the pools whenever you wish.

VERY IMPORTANT: WE ONLY ACCEPT 5 PEOPLE IF THE FIFTH PERSON IS A CHILD/BABY WHO SLEEPS IN A COTTE (WE WILL PROVIDE A COTTE, HIGH CHAIR, AND CHANGING TABLE FREE OF CHARGE).
The stylishly decorated apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access to the communal garden and a parking area within the complex, just 5 meters from the entrance (no stairs to go up or down).

It features a magnificent, fully equipped designer kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a tapas bar, a spacious, modern living room with a high-quality sofa bed, a master bedroom with a 150cm bed and a very comfortable mattress, and a second bedroom with two 90cm x 2m single beds, a separate dressing room, and a large 14m² terrace with views, where you can enjoy dinner while gazing at the Mediterranean Sea and the garden.

1) FREE USE OF 2 BICYCLES DURING YOUR STAY

2) Use of all the services of the private El Candado club https://www.Clubelcandado.com. You can enjoy free access to its 3 swimming pools: an Olympic-size pool, a 25-meter pool, and a children's pool, use the changing rooms and showers right on the beach, and park for free within the marina next to El Candado beach (exclusive for club members). Enjoy free padel and tennis courts Monday to Friday mornings (until 1:00 PM) and weekends (from 2:00 PM). Free use of the club's gym (see photos) and kayak rental at the marina for just €3.

2) You can also use our private, enclosed area in Marbella whenever you wish, with parking, lawns, swimming pools, showers, and sun loungers right on the beachfront of Marbella's best beach, next to the Hotel Don Carlos and Nikki Beach Club (see photos of Marbella beach and the complex's pool). If you are traveling with a baby, we will provide a crib, highchair, and changing table with a bathtub for your baby at no extra cost. We can also rent you our bicycles at a very good price.

Located in Pedregalejo one of the most elegant neighborhoods known Málaga, The area has the best restaurants in town serving good food, tapas or a pescaitos by the sea, 600 m from the beaches of Pedregalejo - El Palo, about 300m from the Mediterranean motorway, less than 150m is a large supermarket open from 9.00am to 21.30. The complex is surrounded by gardens and greenery on all sides. If you rent this apartment will be at the same time in the same city of Malaga and next to the beach and the best atmosphere of Málaga. It is ideal to combine beach, pool, city tours and museum, or relax in the garden.
