The accommodation

Family villa surrounded by lush Mediterranean garden.
The sea view from the patio and the beautiful protected area of Cala Caterina , make the place unique and fascinating.
The beach is just under the house at about 100mt and many more are within walking distance.

The house consists of a large room with typical Sardinian fireplace , dining table with 8 seats, two large corner sofas that create a relaxing area with TV, DVD and stereo . The large window that illuminates it has a spectacular view of the steep Mediterranean garden that plunges into the sea.
From the living room through a corridor to the stairs you reach the kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms.
There are two bedrooms with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a half , and the last one with a single bed and one caguro , all quite large and equipped with wardrobe .
The master bathroom , with a small bath and shower , overlooking the corridor , while the second , a little ' smaller is equipped with a washing machine .
The kitchen is not very big, it has everything you need for small or large lunches, and gives access to the BBQ in the back garden , which allows you to make great barbecue .

The garden with its Mediterranean vegetation surrounds and protects the house from both the sun by the mistral wind when it blows , allowing you to enjoy every moment of the day, the large patio is furnished with a dining table and comfortable chairs as well as deck terracing front .
At the rear of the house is the open-air outdoor shower to wash the salt and sand of the beach and all the space for hanging towels .

Setting

The ski resort of Cala Caterina is one of the most enchanting , fascinating and southern Sardinia. Immersed in the typical Sardinian Mediterranean acchia , this peninsula is surrounded by small sandy beaches and cliffs within walking distance. The cobbled streets are less busy is the traffic is reserved for residents . The whole coast is part of the marine protected , so the close encounter with the fish is common. The beaches of coarse sand and rocks pink in color , easily accessible , make it enjoyable , carefree, safe and relaxing holiday chiuque , and especially for families.

A tour around
A 15 -minute walk from the apartment you can reach the huge Caribbean beach of "The Rushes " of fine white sand , crystal clear water and shallow water . The same time (or 5min by car) it takes to get to the marina and boat rental services or organized tours, bar, internet point , supermarket , pharmacy.
The town of Villasimius area, offers all types of services; from the shop to the bakery and newsagents , then shops and boutiques, restaurants, bars and drinks , bars , ice cream parlors , travel agencies, and of course discos. Do not miss anything !
Every night the center comes alive with stalls and people and Saturday there is a market open. From June to September there are several events such as festivals, musical performances or dancing , or the open-air cinema .
