The accommodation

During your stay I will be personally by phone or in person at your disposal to assist you.

Charming apartment , 51sq.m, suitable for max. 6 persons. Located on the 4Th floor. All rooms with beautifull sea-view, fresh in summer and placed in a quiet area.
Main bedroom has a double bed, 3 wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The other bedroom has two single bed and 1 standing fun. Livingroom has a dinning table with four chairs plus 4 folding chairs more, TV, radio-player, ceiling fan, two sofa-bed, coffee table, and TV shelf with 2 drawers and two cabinets. There is a big hall. Americankitchen equipped with a spacious work surface, with four-burner stoves, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker machine, juice squeezer, water heater, pots, dishes etc... all you need to cook and table service. Bathroom has a bathtub, a cabinet with mirror, basin, and many Drawers and has bidet aswell.
Our cozy apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, quietly situated with garden and private parking place.

The property is very child friendly. In the nearby there is a large playground, with big swimming pool and a tennis court that you can rent and prices are not expensive. IThe apartment is located 10 minutes walking of the trendy area and large “La Mata beach”. A familiar small bath area with sand “Cala del Moro ” is only 5 minutes walking. Nearby there is a also a sand beach “Cabo Cervera Beach”, close to the famous "Barlovento" Restaurant. Only 5 minutes walking you will find a supermarket, a nice new and modern restaurant and a bus stop to La Mata Town and Torrevieja City. The bus (called Guagua) stops in all beaches along these two points.

Setting

With a typcal Spanish way of life, "La Mata" town is one of the more popular holydays places on Mediterranean coast. It is an excellent place to spend your free time, recommended by doctors for its beneficial properties due to the two salt lagoons in the nearby and also its relaxed environmen beaches with a special micro-climate

"La Mata Beach" has several accesses along a seafront promenade with bars, restaurants and pubs, all them open throughout the day and till late at night. Evenings this area and the surrounding streets are a hive of activity, with nice busy cafes, restaurants and pubs. These promenade also offer many shopping opportunities, plus, the street market is in La Mata every Wednesday morning.

Torrevieja and La Mata offer all the typical activities for the holiday: Cycling, Go Karting, Health Beauty and Spa, Horse Riding, Tennis, Diving, Golf, Water Parks, Boat trip to Tabarca Island, Flamenco Shows, Great Shopping Centres, International Restaurants, Museums, Theatre, Cinema, Discos, Pubs and Typical markets where you can find fresh fruits, clothing and shoes, craft objects etc..

Every Year Torrevieja hosts the internationally knownn "Certamen Internacional de Habaneras y Polifonia" whych is broadcast on Spanish TV.
