Little villa only 200 meters walk from the beach

The accommodation

On the Pozzallo-Pachino coast road. 100 km from Catania Fontanarossa airport and 60 km from Comiso (Ragusa) airport.

The villa is located in Marina di Ispica (blue flag for years) between Santa Maria del Focallo and Marina di Marza in a particularly quiet area. It is totally independent and has 3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single beds, two living areas, 2 bathrooms and, outside, the most enjoyable area of ​​the house: a veranda of around 40 m2 with an equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, large garden with two parking spaces.
The furniture is simple but very functional. The crockery is in excellent condition. The house is equipped with a washing machine and is connected to the municipal aqueduct which supplies drinking water 24 hours a day.
There are mosquito nets on the windows to keep unwanted insects away although the Municipality provides effective disinfestation every year.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
A few meters away there is a market and rotisserie "La Casa Rosa". The golden sandy beach is no more than 200 meters away and is not equipped but very well looked after. The water is shallow and therefore particularly suitable even for the little ones. The Mediterranean scrub screens the coastal road giving those who stay on the beach the feeling of being in an oasis of peace. About 5 kilometers away, there is the possibility of kitesurfing. 8 kilometers away is the town of Pozzallo, a lively tourist centre, full of clubs and restaurants where you can spend your evenings. In half an hour you can reach Porto Palo di Capo Passero, Marzamemi, Vendicari and in less than an hour the splendid cities of Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, for those who love archaeology, art and baroque architecture . If you want to go further, you can also easily reach Catania, Taormina, Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina
