The accommodation
There is an ADSL INTERNET connection.
This house has been completely renovated and consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed of 150x200 and the other bedroom with 2 beds of 90), both bedrooms with exterior windows, wardrobes and ceiling fan. 2 full bathrooms (one with shower and incorporated into the double bedroom). Kitchen equipped and open to the living room. Living room with split air conditioning, sofa bed, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, TV and a large window overlooking the sea and mountains. Upper terrace with sunbed for sunbathing and also with sea and mountain views. Also, at the level of the lounge, a terrace with sea and mountain views and a lower terrace with Chill Out area. Closed and individual garage for a single car. The urbanization that is located on a hill 800m from the beach (there is also a pedestrian access only 400m from the beach), has a great pool surrounded by lawn and sunbeds with umbrellas and there is also a common barbecue area with great views to the mediterranean sea.
The common pool and barbecue areas are governed by the rules and schedules set by the community of owners.
TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
-In the winter months electricity consumption is not included in the price. (Only for stays of more than one month).
-The house has stairs so it is not indicated for people with reduced mobility.
Setting
Very quiet environment and at the same time very close to the bustle of the First Beach Line. Also, in that first beach line there are differents establishment as food shops, restaurants, little markets...
Activities and attractions
Almuñecar is a seaside tourist town with a very nice old town that you can visit. The beaches of Almuñecar have more than 19 km of coastline, where you can practise differents aquatic sports. The Aquatic Park of Almuñécar are at 1800 m. In addition you can visit several archaeological remains of our Phoenician-Roman past.
Less than 40 'by car we find the cities of Granada (Alhambra) and Málaga (Museo Picasso).
Also very close is the popular region of the Alpujarra Granadina(75km), and nice villages as Nerja (20km).

Bonita casa con excelentes vistas
La casa muy acogedora y con gusto en la decoración, con aire acondicionado que ayuda mucho en la días calurosos, tiene un patio grande donde se puede disfrutar de comidas y cenas, zona muy tranquila donde se descansa muy bien. La piscina también muy bien cuidada. Lo malo, que necesitas coche para todo ya que está en la montaña y como mejora la casa tiene muy poco menaje,. Apenas 6 vasos, 6 platos 4 copas... Muy escaso, por no tener no tiene ni manteles para la mesa, ni bayetas, ni estropajo, nada. Pero en general contentos con la experiencia

Muchas gracias por compartir públicamente su satisfacción después de alojarse en una de nuestras casas y nos alegra enormemente comprobar que la casa fue de su agrado y que la estancia fue cómoda. La casa esta equipada para una ocupación de máximo 6 personas y por eso el menaje (platos, vasos, cubiertos etc) está preparado para 6 personas. De todas formas siempre tenemos reposición en nuestra oficina de recepción en el supuesto de que algo del menaje se rompa o extravíe y sólo hay que comunicarlo y nosotros lo reponemos de manera inmediata.De nuevo muchas gracias por escoger nuestra inmobiliaria tropysol costa, s.L.L.
