The accommodation

The apartment has been recently rebuilt and fully redecorated; it’s placed on a 4th floor in a building which is 50 meters to the most well known beach at Malagueta. The main views even if are not to the sea, are still bright and wide splendid, looking to the Bullring and the Alcazaba.

This holiday home is special as it offers a very stylish decoration intended to make guests feel very comfortable and at the same time delighted by their eyes. The apartment has a very spacious and modern distribution. The hall is opened to a modern spanish designed elegantly furnished living room wich is connected to the kitchen, but leaving enough space for each area.That modern distribution style give you the chance to conecct to people in the dinning room while working in a totally equipped kitchen.

Furniture is completely new in order to achieve an exclusive and confortable decoration. Mattresses are of high standard to assure a good sleep. The two bathrooms are complete including botjh of them shower.

Bedrooms are big enough to host 6 people comfortable in beds or even 7 if a baby cot is requested. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms decorated with good taste. Room number one, that’s the so called Flower style room, is the master bedroom and has a double bed. Room number two is the Green color room and has 2 single beds. Room number 3 is the Blue color room and also has 2 single beds.

The apartment includes air conditioning to guarantee the apartment can be kept cold/warm in summer/winter.

Setting

The old town is reached from the apartment in 8 min walk, the beach is at 2 minutes walk, and the recent location of Muelle 1 and Pompidou Museum at 4 minutes walk.

If you need to use a car, you can find a public parking, just by the apartment main door, with places available to be rent in case you need it.

The apartment is located in the favorite area for Malaga capital citizens during spring and summer times. Besides, for the tourist, is without any doubt, a privilege location in Malaga city as it enables to combine cultural tourism and dowtown activities with beach with no need for car. So, on one hand is one step to Malagueta beach, and on the other hand, is five minute walk downtown and Muelle 1 areas.

Malagueta neighborhood hosts many restaurants, not only chiringuito fish but many different cuisines as well as tapas bar, cafeterias, ice-creams, standing out its chill out terraces where to relaxed with a cocktail in the sun contemplating the sea and enjoying the outdoor life and its vibrant atmosphere..

Malagueta beach counts with hammocks and sun umbrella areas as well as public showers, and the sea level is ideal for children. There are playground areas in the beach, one minute from the apartment.

There are bakeries, local groceries and several supermarkets near the apartment. Mercadona supermarket is just 5 min walk and Supersol 1 min. There are also many specialized shops offering excellent fresh food, standing out for its fruit, vegetable, fish and meat.
There are cafeterias where to have breakfast, ..there are pharmacies, hairdresser, Fashion shops, anything one can need in a self-catering holidays and much more.

Activities and attractions

Above it has been already mentioned where to do in the area where the apartment is located. On the other hand, Malaga city is located in the South and central part of Andalusia, so it’s an ideal base to make one day trips to the beautiful cities of Granada, Cordoba, and Seville. Nerja and Ronda big villages are in one hour drive.

Malaga old town is really worthwhile and it’s advisable to dedicate at least one or two days to visit it. In any case, in summer when it’s very hot, it’s better to go with sunset or very early in the morning, and during the day it’s better to stay near the sea and its breeze. Nevertheless, very closed to the apartment (4 minutes walk), it’s recommendable to visit Palmeral de las Sorpresas small promenade, new area with restaurants and shops in the harbor, with views to Malaga castle, the Cathedral and to some luxury yachts.

For family with children, and just 25 min by the motorway, they are located the famous attraction park Tivoli World, Aqualand, Cocodrile Park and Puerto Marina sail harbor.
