The accommodation

The apartment has all kinds of amenities, services and equipment to enjoy a pleasant stay in periods of rest and vacations.

It has heating for the winter. It has three double rooms, 2 bathrooms, a wide kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, vitro, iron, toaster. In the living room there is a dining room with flat screen TV.
A beautiful and warm terrace facing south, very sunny where you can enjoy the fresh air with the smell of eucalyptus, pine and chestnut trees so repopulated in this area of Asturias.
Outside there is a large green area where you can enjoy a barbecue, enjoy a stone grilled meat and eat in nature surrounded by the green of this land, sunbathing, walking among the pines. If you are a child you can play soccer, get wet in the stream that runs through the farm, watch the chickens and collect their eggs.

Setting

The town, Trevias, is a beautiful village located in a valley crossed by a magnificent river (trout and salmon) called Esva.
The good work, hospitality and kindness of the people of Trevias, with whom you will immediately have a lasting friendship.
The village is equipped with a network of necessary services to make your stay, although it is a rural environment, comfortable. It has a health center, sports courts, pharmacy, supermarkets, banks, clothing stores, bakeries, hairdressers, newsstands, bars, restaurants, butchers, watchmakers, physiotherapists, etc..
In the village itself, it is worth mentioning for its history, its church of more than a thousand years old and with altarpieces from the Romanesque and Baroque periods. On the outside of the church and in front of the portico, there is a large stone cross built in 1786 and surrounding the church, a stone Stations of the Cross with the fifteen stations.
From the village there are several hiking trails that can be made to the beach, mountain and river and with varying degrees of difficulty and length.

Council of Valdés: Natural Monument of the Esva River Gorges, Partial Natural Reserve of Barayo, Fonte Baixa Gardens, Cudillero, Comarca Vaqueira, Taramundi, Muniellos Forest in Cangas de Narcea, Mining Museum in El Entrego, Jurassic Museum of Asturias, The Holy Cave of Covadonga and the Enol and Ercina Lakes, Atlantic Botanical Garden and the Aquarium of Gijón, Niemeyer International Cultural Center and numerous beaches and coves.

Visits:
Luarca, Giant Squid Museum, Severo Ochoa Museum, Parque de la Vida, Fonte Baxa Gardens and to then take a break and eat a freshly caught fish.
Cadavedo: Museum of Padre Galo, Ermita de la Regalina (wonderful views of the Bay of Biscay as in Cabo Busto, advice to stay and watch the sunset).

Cudillero: Palace of the Selgas, reproduction of the palace of Versailles, the village with its watchtower.
